Community Table Booking Form

Richmond Public Library’s community table is a place for registered, non-profit service organizations to share information about free community based services. Preference is given to Richmond based organizations and there is no cost. Applications are approved on a first come first served basis. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests but the library reserves the right to decline or cancel requests.

Once the application has been received staff will get back to the organization within 5 working days.

Terms of Use

Our organization agrees not to contravene the Criminal Code of Canada and the Human Rights Act of British Columbia. No personal information is to be collected at the community table.
Our organization will provide:

  • One free standing display banner (no larger than 3’ wide and 8’ high).
  • A minimum of 2 staff with identification that clearly indicates name of organization and of the individual. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Promotional material and signage text with English translation if another language is used.
  • All promotional material (i.e. organization information, business cards, posters, brochures, signs).
  • Any display or stationary supplies required.
